- General Paper, Project Work and Mother Tongue are compulsory H1 subjects. In addition, at least one content subject either at the H1 or H2 level should be contrasting.
- Students may be exempted from taking H1 Mother Tongue if they have obtained D7 or better for their Higher Mother Tongue at the ‘O’ level.
- Students with L1R5 ≤ 11 may be offered an additional H2 content subject in place of the H1 content subject.

- * Students must have L1R5 ≤ 11 to be offered the 4 H2 combination.
- Mother Tongue Language & Literature may be taken in place of any H2 subject in any subject combination and will be offered to students who meet the subject pre-requisite.
- Students who meet the subject pre-requisite may take Knowledge and Inquiry as a 4th H2 subject in lieu of GP.
- The College may be unable to offer certain subject combinations due to time-tabling constraints. Students will be given the option of selecting alternative combinations in such instances.
