Centre of Excellence
for Business and Enterprise

On 26 October 2007, Outram Secondary School was official launched as the S4 Cluster Centre of Excellence for Business and Enterprise by Mrs Ng Ai Lin, Deputy Director/Schools South. The school commemorated this occasion with a Financial Literacy Carnival for 300 Primary Six pupils from our cluster primary schools. The pupils enjoyed themselves while learning about budgeting, basic financial concepts and entrepreneurship through a performance, a computer game, a board game and other hands-on activities.
