On 27 September 2005, Mdm Choy Wai Yin, Principal of Outram Secondary signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Mr Maheantharan, Director, School of Business, Singapore Polytechnic, which will translate the buzzwords of today into reality for Outram’s students.

With the signing of the MOC, Outram and SP took the first step in their collaboration to develop programmes to engage Outramians. Complementing the formal school curriculum, the programmes will expose Outramians to new experiences and provide them with the necessary skills to face real world challenges.
