Innovative, Inclusive and Integrated --- Outram Secondary designs a challenging and enriching academic curriculum that develops her students intellectually, physically, socially, and aesthetically and develop the love of learning through
- Integrated and Innovative Instructional Programmes which incorporate Collaborative Learning Strategies, IT-based Learning, Experiential Learning, Project-based Learning for all levels
- Infusion of Higher Order thinking skills, design principles and Innovation Protocol framework in project work and curriculum
- Offering electives to stretch our NT students such as Robotics, Electronics and Web Design
- Offering opportunities for students to pursue their passion and develop their talents eg optional modules for Principles of Accounts students to pursue London Chamber of Commerce Level 1 and 2 Certification by Secondary 4.
Character Development Programme
We strive to go beyond imparting academic skills to ensure the well-being of all students with great emphasis on character development. Outramians are encouraged to take part in community projects as a way of enhancing their leadership qualities and developing a sense of social responsibility.

These awards are given to affirm students who have demonstrated positive behaviour and attitudes such as Sense of Belonging, Integrity, Perseverence, Industriousness, Teamwork.
