GP is a window which allows us to relate to the real world, enabling us to enrich ourselves and to think creatively on our feet. It is fundamental to our education — a constant building process.

GP helps to widen our knowledge and make us aware of current affairs. It promotes creative thinking and improves our oral presentation skills.

GP has taught me that it is thoughtless to condemn women or laugh at them if they seek to do or to learn more than custom has pronounced necessary for their sex.

GP allows us to develop a systematic way of thinking and a critical view of the world. It also teaches us learning is a life-long experience which can take place at any place.

GP equips us with the skill of expressing ourselves well verbally and on paper, which would be very useful and important to us in our future careers.

GP has allowed me the opportunity to gain a deeper insight into topics which I would otherwise not have interacted with.

GP lessons give us a chance to listen to other people's points of view and expands our knowledge horizon. It also trains us to present our viewpoints logically.

GP has been a most enlightening, enriching and entertaining experience. 'Enlightening' because I got to hear many perspectives and viewpoints on the various social and political issues that we have got to discuss, some interesting and, occasionally, controversial issues that I otherwise might not have read or learned about.
