• The Battle for God by Karen Armstrong
  Looks at why fundamentalism is such a powerful force in the world today, concentrating on Christianity, Islam and Judaism. Be warned: not everyone likes this.

• Religion for Dummies by the God Squad
  Why are we here? How should we live? What happens after we die? Why does evil exist? Explains how the world’s great religions answer these questions with inimitable Dummies wit.
