Badminton (Competitive)

Objectives:
To train and develop Anthonians who have good potential and talent in badminton to represent the school for national competitions.

Brief Description
Anthonians interested in this game will have to undergo a selection trial. Selection is based on child’s potential and ability to execute basic badminton strokes. Potential players will be trained twice weekly to prepare them for annual competitions.

Targets
1. Participate in Inter-Primary Badminton Championship in 2008 and successfully enter into 2nd round.
2. Attain 4th placing in West Zone Inter-Primary Badminton Championship in the next 3 years.

-Selection trial in Jan

-Training (competitive) – Every Wednesday and Friday from 1.30 to 3.30 p.m. in
the school hall
