Objectives
•
Instil in pupils positive values and attitudes
towards the community by involving them in conservation
and other environmental activities.
• Provide opportunities for pupils to maximise
their potential in leadership skills as well as
to arouse their interest in the area of Science
learning.
Targets
Involvement
and participation in Orchid Hybridisation Project
(OHP).
Participation in at least one activity/ competition
during the ‘Clean and Green Week’.
Participation in 2 Environmental Champions (EC)
workshops.
6 pupils to obtain the EC badges (1 silver and
5 bronze).
Obtain the Green Audit Award (Orchid Award).
All pupils are to participate in at least one
environmental activity per
year

Information
All pupils are provided with opportunities to
lead and participate in the Environment Champions
workshops organised by the National Environment
Agency as well as nation-wide activities such
as the Schools’ Green Audit Programme and
Clean & Green Carnival.
